Thtee tiere facade strcutres are derived from roman architectural tradition, which might have been possible for them due to the invention of concrete whichwas a good building material and supports the three tieres perfectly. Three tiered facades in addition to providing additional space also provide perfect shape, size ratio when perfect shape is used, as in this case the use of gable on each of the tiere enhanced the view. The architect might have intended to use three tiered along with gable so as to give a perfect ratio to the structures.
