Obliesk
Obliesk - a stone pillar, typically having a square or rectangular cross section and a pyramidal top, set up as a monument or landmark.

Obliesks were used primamrily in greek and egyptian architectural traditions.
The prescence of obliesk shows the prescence of a prominent sculpture and also represent the sun.
The architect tried to grab the attention of viewers towards the strcutre.
